Welcome! I’m Louise, and this is my story…
My journey into yoga began long before I realised it. My mum was an aspiring yogi in the 1970s, and although I didn’t have the language for it at the time, something in that early exposure planted a seed.
It grew quietly as I moved through my studies in Human Movement and Health Education, later completing a Master’s degree in Social Welfare. I spent years working in gyms and schools across Sydney, always returning to yoga as my anchor — the one practice that steadied my nervous system and softened the edges of stress.
There came a moment, a kind of inner turning, when I understood that wellbeing wasn’t just something I practised, it was something I was meant to share. That realization guided me to the UK for Teen Yoga Teacher Training, and from there into deeper studies in Embodied Yoga, Parayoga, Yin, Restorative practices, and Myofascial Release.
For more than twenty years, yoga has continued to bring my life into alignment, reconnecting me with its ancient wisdom and its profound ability to hold the mind and body with compassion.
Meditation has been a quiet companion in this journey. Introduced to me thirty years ago, it remains a daily ritual — not as a performance of stillness, but as a gentle, honest check-in with myself. A way to soften, breathe, attune, and return to who I am beneath the rush of life.
✨ The Work I Offer Today
My work now is an integration of everything I’ve lived, learned, and remembered along the way.
I teach Yoga for Wellbeing online and at the Sydney Pelvic Clinic in Bondi Junction, where movement, breath, and mindfulness support the body’s natural intelligence.
Over time, my offerings expanded to include Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Akashic Record readings — two modalities that opened even deeper pathways into the mind–body–spirit landscape. These practices, whether experienced individually or woven together, help reveal the stories the body holds: the patterns beneath stress, the tensions that have overstayed their welcome, the quiet truths waiting to be acknowledged.
My intention in every session is the same:
to create a space where your nervous system can soften, your breath can deepen, and your whole being can attune to a steadier, more easeful rhythm.
A space where you begin to feel yourself again —
not as someone who needs fixing,
but as someone who is remembering their own capacity, clarity, and inner peace.
