A restorative practice for Overwhelm and Premenstrual/Menstrual symptoms - June 2025

Together, we’ll move through a series of gentle, supported poses that encourage flow in the physical body and help emotional tension melt away. As the breath slows and the nervous system settles, you’ll find yourself grounding into a quieter, more restful state.

✨ What you’ll need: Please gather your props before we begin so you can fully relax into each shape. A bolster or two supportive pillows, yoga blocks, a cozy throw or blanket, an eye pillow (or something soft to cover your eyes), an extra pillow to support your head, anything else that helps you feel safe, warm, and deeply supported
