Flow with Swadhistana: Awaken Your Creative Energy
Flow with Swadhistana: Awaken Your Creative Energy
This 60-minute yoga practice invites you to connect with Swadhistana Chakra — the seat of creativity, sensuality, and flow. Through hip-opening movements and fluid sequences, you’ll awaken your inner rhythm and cultivate freedom through the whole body.🧡 You’ll need two yoga blocks for support.

Pelvic focus: opening for sitting and standing with ease
This 60-minute practice focuses on cultivating pelvic awareness to support aligned sitting and standing posture. By opening and balancing the pelvis, you’ll release unnecessary pressure on the pelvic floor while easing tension in the neck and shoulders. This session will help you move, sit, and stand with greater stability, comfort, and ease, so your body feels supported in everyday postural alignment. You will need 2 blocks

Pelvic Yoga with Wall Support | 60 min Stability & Alignment Practice
This 60-minute Pelvic Yoga class uses the wall to provide neuromuscular feedback, helping you build stability through your muscles and joints. With two blocks, a strap, and wall support, you’ll explore alignment that lightens the load on the pelvic floor, balances intra-abdominal pressure, and creates a cohesive, reflexive sense of wholeness in the pelvis

Pelvic Yoga Bone and muscle strength
In this 60-minute practice we focus on building pelvic stability and supporting bone health through intentional holds that create muscular tension to gently stress and strengthen the bones. With mindful breath awareness, you’ll learn how to maximise this process and cultivate steadiness from the inside out. Please bring a strap and two blocks to support your practice.

Pelvic Yoga Gluts for stability
Unwind and release the clenching in your gluteal muscles with this 82-minute practice. The three gluteal muscles are key pelvic stabilisers, assisting in rotation, flexion, and extension. But when tight, they can contribute to pelvic floor tension and discomfort. This session guides you through mindful movement and awareness to restore healthy glute function — reminding us that a tight muscle is not a strong or functional one.

Pelvic Yoga and Cardiovascular health
Welcome to this dynamic 55min movement-based practice designed to support pelvic stability, core strength, and functional diaphragmatic breathing. Move with intention and flow as you energise your body, awaken your breath, and feel the strength of your centre. ✨ Expect to finish feeling uplifted — like you’ve truly worked your heart and lungs — while staying deeply connected to your core and breath.

Pelvic focused practice exploring the relationship with shoulder and chest tightness - July 2025
This 1-hour practice explores both seated and standing postures, using the breath to gently open the body and release patterns of holding and collapse—especially around the neck, shoulders, and thoracic spine. Through gentle rotation and spacious movement, we support ease in breathing, nervous system regulation, and the relationship between the diaphragm and pelvic floor.

Pelvic Stability & Core Connection
In this practice, we explore how the deep core muscle — the transverse abdominis — works in harmony with the pelvic floor to create stability, support functional movement, and encourage open, easeful posture. Learn how gentle activation of these muscles can reduce intra-abdominal pressure, release tension, and help the body absorb pressure rather than brace against it.

Pelvic Floor and Cardiovascular awareness
Discover the vital link between your pelvic floor and cardiovascular health in this 60-minute guided practice. We’ll move continuously with mindful awareness, exploring posture, breath, and the subtle support of the pelvic floor in motion. You’ll learn to feel how the breath naturally supports pelvic floor function in dynamic situations, helping to enhance circulation, stability, and ease in everyday movement.
What others say about it...
“Louise creates such an open and warm space to really go deep into your personal experience. She has a thorough knowledge of yoga, with lots of experience teaching and really embodies Yoga. What makes her classes stand out is the addition of pranayama (breath work) and Yoga Nidra or long Savasana, plus much more. Classes are very restorative and for any level or mood you are feeling. You always walk away feeling grounded , restored and relaxed. I highly recommend her classes both in person or online.”
— Tina “The Attune Workshop with Lou was absolutely beautiful. The breathwork in particular deepened the practice and helped me drop into the intention, and the long, nourishing yoga nidra to close was the deep reset and relaxation I needed. Thank you, Lou!”
— Tamra “Louise’s attune workshop was exactly what my nervous system needed! Holding the consistent breathwork along with the poses helped me stay present in the practice, and her yoga nidra was sublime!”
— Jesse “As a yoga teacher for the past decade, it’s rare that a class surprises me — but Louise’s Align class did exactly that. I didn’t even realize how much I needed it until I was in it. Her focus on the throat chakra was the perfect medicine: gentle, grounding, and deeply activating.
In a world that rushes us and silences us — especially as women — this workshop felt like a sacred pause. A chance to slow down, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect to my voice in a way that was both embodied and empowered. Louise holds space with so much intention, wisdom, and grace. Attune isn’t just a class — it’s a healing experience. I walked away feeling clear, connected, and more myself.””— Oriane
