What others say about it...

Louise creates such an open and warm space to really go deep into your personal experience. She has a thorough knowledge of yoga, with lots of experience teaching and really embodies Yoga. What makes her classes stand out is the addition of pranayama (breath work) and Yoga Nidra or long Savasana, plus much more. Classes are very restorative and for any level or mood you are feeling. You always walk away feeling grounded , restored and relaxed. I highly recommend her classes both in person or online.

The Attune Workshop with Lou was absolutely beautiful. The breathwork in particular deepened the practice and helped me drop into the intention, and the long, nourishing yoga nidra to close was the deep reset and relaxation I needed. Thank you, Lou!

Louise’s attune workshop was exactly what my nervous system needed! Holding the consistent breathwork along with the poses helped me stay present in the practice, and her yoga nidra was sublime!
— Jesse
As a yoga teacher for the past decade, it’s rare that a class surprises me — but Louise’s Align class did exactly that. I didn’t even realize how much I needed it until I was in it. Her focus on the throat chakra was the perfect medicine: gentle, grounding, and deeply activating.

In a world that rushes us and silences us — especially as women — this workshop felt like a sacred pause. A chance to slow down, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect to my voice in a way that was both embodied and empowered. Louise holds space with so much intention, wisdom, and grace. Attune isn’t just a class — it’s a healing experience. I walked away feeling clear, connected, and more myself.”
