    A gentle 11 min seated somatic practice to support you in moments of overwhelm. Through soft, repetitive movements, we invite the nervous system to unwind without force. As the body registers safety, it begins to reorganise, shifting from efforting to ease. This is your space to relax, release and Attune to the rhythm of you. A quiet return to steadiness, from the inside out.
